Well, the U.S.-Australian problems go back to 2023 and prior to that when Australian leadership focused on insulting President Trump, and worse yet, were dumb enough to send Australian military troops to strategic Guadalcanal and the Solomon Islands helping Communist China pacify the irate civilians fighting the Chinese takeover of the Islands and their internal corrupt government. This led to the July 2023 China-Solomon Islands Defense Agreement and China basically owning the islands via corruption and payoffs. The U.S. suffered about 15,000 dead and wounded soldiers taking these strategic islands back from the Japanese in WWII. Good going Australia. Now the Communist Chinese control them.
