Shadow minister for government efficiency Jacinta Price discusses the “waste” in Australian parliament as she outlines her vision for an ‘Aussie DOGE’ akin to the one in the United States.
“Ultimately what success would look like is to actually probably put myself out of a job and no longer require a minister for Indigenous Australians because we will be serving Australians on the basis of need not race,” Ms Price said.
“We are looking at what waste currently exists and let me tell you now there is a very long list developing as we speak.”
