There are so many people struggling and doing so tough that they are depending on charity groups to feed their family while Australia wants to reduce 1% emission rate on the contrary China put so much emission to the planet and we buy their EV batteries. I won't ignore Treaty getting legalisee under Labor next term despite 60% Australians said No. I won't forget the unrealised capital tax forced on us that will take away of my kids inheritance. Established Houses can't go down with out home owners having no equity in there homes. Less brick, add a prefab house to your property, quick to build, cheap. I did two bedroom home for my elderly mother and brother ,built in a factory, delivered in 2 pieces in 8 weeks. After I sold the new owner lived in the 4 bed brick house and rented the prefab in their backyard. The new owner paid off their house in ten years. Think outside the box.
