Sky News host Rita Panahi has said there’s a “fracture” in Australia’s vote on the right.

“They can’t afford to do that. We saw that happen with Malcolm Turnbull; it happened with Scott Morrison at the last election,” Ms Panani said.

“You have that right flank of your base fracturing, you’re done. You’ve got to keep the true believers on board.

“They are so terrified of people who are never going to vote for them hating them that they are trying to appease people.”

  1. I was always a Labor supporter and then I grew up. However, Dutton is not sending clear messages and when he does its always fringe policy announcement and no one cares. What we care about is COL (cost of living) and power prices that is the top issues. I feel his political advisers have said "tone it down" or something because I really wanted to see more from him. TBH I do not like either of the parties or any of the parties and I fear Labor will slide in again and three more years of looking at AA and his fiance flitting around NSW with dog and doing nothing to help hard working Australians. Its so disappointing, yet so Australian politics.

  2. NO, the two party CABAL have collectively DESTROYED Australia for decades they have NEVER put Australians and Australia FIRST, aided and abetted by MSM pushing their scripted propaganda vote red, green and blue teams out asxwecare already close to living in a digital communist state.

  3. Dutton has to have the balls to really push nuclear power and walk away from the paris agreement along with cutting the public service, union domination on work sites. Reduce cost of living by less gov spending and them interest rates will come down and he will get more votes than he needs to govern outright

  4. Australia is so corrupted and broken now. Not just from Government leader but from many government officers who are working, staying and abusing system. Look at how much they got paid, double super and so still bureaucratic. Labour is the most terrible. Look at the trap they setting up young generation by offering 5% morgage deposit. This will not just make housing more expensive, but our kids will work till death like slave but never be able servicing the 95% morgage loan. And what happened if they died with no children? The bank or Government will take the properties? This is truely criminal.

Instead of bribe people with $hundreds here and there, make bill cheapers, create business opportunities and competition to lower price, make community safer, reduce federal spendings…These will make people to vote. $250 or $1000 payment wont help at all, and eventually Government will take it back.

  5. Trump’s tariff gamble risks blowing up in his face, fueling China’s race to self-reliance and driving it closer to allies he cast aside. Rising tech powerhouses like Wuzhou and Zhaoqing are turbocharging China’s pivot from dependency to dominance, pouring investment into AI, green tech, and high-end manufacturing. The more he tries to corner Beijing, the faster it builds its own game and plays it with America’s old friends.

  6. Even if we vote the libs in, the damage is done, it will take 10 years just to get back to the standard of living we had before Albo and the muppets came to power. If we end up with a labor/ greens government we may need the governor general again

  7. Well even today after all the work on the voice Dutton said that the welcome to country still has a place on Anzac Day, I’m confused 🇦🇺🇦🇺 please stop this nonsense Peter

  8. Scum bags that own more than one property should be demonized, greedy fuckers need to learn that it's not a speculative asset and is a human right for housing. Good on the left. Sky news are all jokers anyway
