Sky News host Chris Kenny says the “entire world awaits” Donald Trump’s Liberation Day announcements.

Mr Kenny said more tariffs may “possibly” be imposed on Australian goods entering the United States.

“This will sour the close economic relationship we enjoy with our alliance partner.”

  1. The Japanese and South Koreans are turning to Chinese trade, Australia needs to pull its head out of its arse and get to Japan asap and secure an expanded partnership before the U.S. void is filled.

  2. I WOULD PREFER TRUMP THAN THE FARKING WEF AND THE UK AND EUROPEAN POLICIES.
AND ANOTHER THING THE MUSLIM INFLUENCE.
WAKE THE F..K UP PEOPLE. NO TIME FOR WEAKNESS OR SYMPATHY. WE NEED A RUTHLESS PERSON NOW.

  3. In France they just weaponized the law to take out the front runner for the next election, to quote "Make democracy better". J.D Vance has been calling this out, If you don't share foundational dmeocratic values then you are not our friends basically. This US administration has no time for globalists, nor do they deserve any.

  4. Just last night I heard that Australia doesn’t do much trade with the United States. If true, tariffs will not be significant to the Australian economy. Your politicians like to have hysterical breakdowns over the orange man and his tariffs to sucker the woke Australian voters into voting for them.

  5. What I find amusing is this political hysteria over the orange man’s tariffs and hysteria over the Chinese ships having live fire drills in Australian waters and mapping your « infrastructure ». If you’re afraid of the Chinese, maybe you need to concede to the American demands or start to arm yourselves.

  6. Shut down Pine Gap and kick all US forces out of the country. The US is no longer an ally. Australia has no tariffs against the US. Any tariffs om Australia should be seen as the same kind of economic attack as China did. And last I looked we dont host Chinese bases here.

  7. I regret Australia ripping up the French nuclear sub deal and signing one with the US. Trump rips up agreements at a drop of a hat and when we ripped up the French deal Trump's reelection was a clear risk. It we had stuck with France we would better inroads into the EU.

  8. These tariffs are not "reciprocal". HIs chart is full of lies. The weighted tariff from the UE on US goods is just 1%. Aside from that, this is nothing more than a "hidden tax" on the US population. Meanwhile the billionaires need to have a tax cut. Go figure why the red hat brigade can't see this. But Trump does "love" the uneducated.
