The weather models are only as reliable as the data being fed into them and right now the data isn't very accurate. If Aussies want more accurate and precise weather forecasts during tropical cyclones, maybe they should consider investing in some "hurricane hunter" aircraft instead of these war-mongering attack class nuclear submarines (AUKUS).

I’ve lived in Hervey Bay for 35 years all the usual places flooded – just a bloody lot more than expected and very quickly. My road has flooded before and I have had more than one water garden – but this is the first time I’ve had to wade through my house 😂 The upside is the swimming pool is well topped up 👍sadly the pool pump took a dive 👎The weather is a phenomenon and cannot be totally predicted. What we can always predict are the number of idiots who go out for a sticky beak risking not only their lives but the lives of those they expect to rescue them! My 69th birthday on 12th March, I’m knackard but I have dry knickers 😂😂
