  2. The next time I watch this I'm mixing a tom and Jerry! I also loved the way the bitter old Man's stone heart melts ( George) so touching 😭

  3. I first saw this movie on "The Vortexx" its a 24/7 Horror Host streaming website…I love it….and Im Thankful for being able to see movies like this STILL being played and introduced to a newer generation. I love this film….and Im not a Christmas person at all.

  4. Whoever remastered this version, I think it's better than the Legend Films Color Version. Now all we need is a 4k remaster like one…….maybe color to?

  5. I love ghosts of industrialists movies. Thank you.

  6. I could have sworn I watched this movie on t.v. years ago and Jean and Jimmy ended up married and living in the house having children there. Eventually, both the servants died and left the house to them. I feel like I remember a scene where the old men are watching the kids run around and smiling. Tieing in with the comment one of them said near the beginning about grandchilren. Did they make a sequel or another studio made a similar movie? It's like that mandela effect that everyone talks about, how things are not quite as you remember them now.

  7. Love this wholesome movie ♥️

  8. Love this wholesome film ♥️

  9. Que legenda fora de sintonia. Muito ruim assistir assim. O filme deve ser bom, mas…

  10. Richard Carlson and Jean Parker deserved to be bigger stars IMHO but this movie was way too soapy and drawn out for me.

  11. I love this movie! I discovered it a few years ago and tell my friends about it because for some strange reason not many people know about it. Merry Christmas everybody!

  12. In case anyone is wondering, that is a actually Richard Carlson singing! He starred in musicals in high school. He even sang on Broadway, in the 1939 musical Stars in Your Eyes with Ethel Merman, Jimmy Durante, Tamara Toumanova and Mary Wickes! You can also hear him sing in the 1940 films “Too Many Girls” (very briefly) and “No, No, Nanette.”

    50:54 It’s Raining Dreams
    55:28 Louisiana Lady [drunken singing]

  13. What a wonderful movie. I was crying at the end. I love old movies like this. They had such a sense of morality and love for family and friends. To me the stories told are just so much better than today's movies.

  14. It is true I know this i don't just believe. I was born Mediumistic and by experience know that they met , I saw Granmother was taken by her sister to Spirit. Hollywood managed to get it right The only thing wrong , the woman who would still have her soul No Soul is destroyed shevwill meet with justice like all of those who choose the wrong way.

  15. Wish they made movies like this now.Maybe there wouldn't be so much violence in the world.

  16. What a phenomenal timeless lesson about the things that matter most in life! 💜

  20. A great messege there🌈🌈🌈💚💚💚🌠🌠🌠

  21. Real old fashioned down home values, something we miss these days.

  22. Christmas celebration before we became LAZY and selfish.

  23. You can keep your films of today with Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Margot Robbie, Angelina Jolley, etc. They are just full of violence, sex, and rubbish acting. I can’t imagine anything better than a black and white film, where there needs to be no violence, or sex, just bloody good storylines and brilliant actors. It seems everything in life is getting worse not better, including the lack of human empathy. Thank you so much for allowing me to watch this wonderful film.

  24. She was the gypsy in Lon Chaney’s wolfman! Non??? I can feel that moment in the night foggg and her wagon. back to Christmas😆

  25. These old classics are the highlight of Hollywood. Thanks for posting it.

  26. OMG, it's the elderly gentleman who lived next door to the little woman (June Allyson version) and it is Scarlett's dad. Thanks for sharing this with us 😊

  27. Too bad the films of today are all blood, guts, and gore a far cry from the dramas of yesterday. If only Hollywood would bring back drama, musicals, and just good old fashion variety shows. We are sick of all the blood, guts, and gore.

  28. ❤️❤️❤️❤️🎄 I own this on DVD!! ❤️ Great movie!!! They colorized it too! ❤️❤️❤️❤️🎄

  29. I almost didn't watch this because it says cult… Classics. The word cult….
