  1. There is more productive things to be doing than social media, like Praying, Reading The Bible, learning Gardening, Fishing, Cooking, Sowing, Knitting, Playing Musical Instruments, Milking Cattle and Goats, Sheering Sheep, social media has been idols for not just under 16s but all ages, they phub, spend more time on it than with God, Reading, Studying and Meditating on The Bible, Hanging Around and talking to People in Person

  2. Theyre doing this to get a digital ID off all Australians. Everyone will now require a drivers license, credit card, or passport to prove theyre of age. The government wants to know what all Australians are doing as a footprint.

  4. I told you we would need gluon guistics; they are going to have to get back to defining everything properly and building proper tools for families. social media should mean tools we can use to communicate and directed conversations will now be a thing of our divine dominion.

  5. Tis would be HUGE! Social media during the developmental years is detrimental to mental health. Hands down. Trust between parents and kids is key though. That guy said his daughter will find a way around it, as if he had no say in the matter.

  6. Yep if parents can't monitor their children, this is a great policy. They might have to use an internet access card for adults to log on. However it will stifle the next young genius entrepreneurs in Australia.

  7. hey this is soooo funny, imagine China would try to ratify this to law, we would face the biggest shitstorm the world has seen. But if the Aussies do it, it s like…"wow thats cool!"
    🤣🤣🤣

  8. I agree with the premise; protect our kids from social media can only be a good thing. But unfortunately i agree with Elon musk i don’t trust our corrupt government and i think this is a round about way of government control. This is just the first step, it worries me what verification methods and information that we will have to provide. If we wanted to protect our kids on the internet and the government was so concerned wheres the conversation about access to pornography and pushing those sites for age verfication?
