    There's always the tourist, visitor, world wide, who doesn't take advice or heed local warnings.
    Rock fishing is very dangerous in bad weather and/or strong surf.
    And other's simply do not understand the power of strong surf on a beach, and get swept out.
    But they're on their Easter, whatever holiday……………………………
