  1. China has more agricultural/industrial/commercial robots than the rest of the world combined, 10 times the US does. It's leading in many other critical technologies too. The only real things the US has left is advanced chip design (not even manufacturing without Taiwan) and some of the pharmaceuticals. It’s not even leading in the research and application of nuclear technology (not quantity but quality) and genetic engineering on many degrees compared to China. In non-critical areas China is also at the forefront, highways, bridges, tunnels, car making, ship building, the construction and manufacturing of many other types of projects. While California may be still struggling in their high speed rail to be hopefully completed sooner than later anyway, China's two-thirds of the world's bullet trains most operating at 250~380km/h (155~236 mph) are the safest in the world and almost never late since more than a decade ago. Just an example, a very QUICK AND SIMPLE EXAMPLE

  2. There are so many indicators that suggest at what pace economic activity has continued to expand and block traders tend to know them better. For total size, Bureau of Economic Analysis uses the expenditure approach to calculate GDP (nominal), which tends to result in a larger figure than that from what National Bureau of Statistics of China uses the production approach. In terms of the more scientific GDP (PPP) understanding of the real sizes, the US has the second largest economy in the world, around 75~80% the size of China's economy. If they both use the same method, it's hard to say which country's GDP (nominal) is larger, but the GDP (PPP) figures would likely be around 1 : 2 if not even worse. Just an example, a very QUICK AND SIMPLE EXAMPLE

  3. The American Tesla sold 1.79 million EVs globally in one year, compared to the Chinese BYD’s 4.27 million. Let alone other big Chinese EV brands. Many electric cars e.g. All Tesla Model Y and 3 sold here in Australia are made in China with significant amount of technologies and key components such as battery (cells) even primarily supplied by their local companies (i.e. CATL; Panasonic has since become a distant second). Just an example, a very QUICK AND SIMPLE EXAMPLE

  4. China is the largest exporter of machinery (and largest exporter of cars under the category of machinery->vehicles), with vehicle exports (including cars, trucks, MHCV, etc.) accounting for ONLY 3% of its total exports. Think about it. Just an example, a very QUICK AND SIMPLE EXAMPLE

  5. R$here has been in a bull market for nearly 15years and it is extremely overvalued. The market hasn't melted down so far and what we are facing is a modest correction back to mid 2024 levels. Stocks do not fall in price unless there is a willing seller and a willing buyer. The question that remains unanswered is who is selling and who is buying?

  6. 9 has become so Biased and not sure if them or 7 take the mantel of the CNN of Australian media these days. When did this happen ? Has become as bad as over there the last few years. Stop giving your opinions people have stopped listening. The reporting yesterday or more like the beat up that Carl and Sara did on the morning show is perhaps the worst I have ever seen.

It’s becoming that people don’t even trust you guys to report of the weather, when are they going to get it. They don’t know everything, in fact they prove daily how little they know.

  7. Wishing everyone a wonderful time watching this Speech. Day trading, with expert advice, can be a great way to grow wealth. I believe investing is a skill worth learning. I appreciate Alison Baird insights and daily tips.😍👏
