The Teals, The Greens and The Indepdendants but much like Trump, Clive Palmer sold off a business ( mine) in Qld and thousands of workers complained they didn't get their retirement money etc. Remember when Clive Palmer went to court all those times with an oxygen tank and telling everyone he only had a few months to live? Lnp/Duttons policy is crap as usual. It only helps 1st home owners buying new homes and it only lasts 5 years. What about 1st home owners buying second hand homes?, what about renters, can they deduct their rent as a tax deduction also? What about existing mortgage holders, why cant they get a tax deduction on their mortgage also in the interests of fairness. Basically they have an extremely targeted policy at a specific cohort which is unfair to other cohorts and which will also cause more house price rises which will make the whole situation worse. They are a pathetic party and everyone should put them last on the ballot paper. And why have the pathetic media not been pointing these issues out and asking them to explain? That said Labors housing policy is also weak and will also drive up house prices. Parties willing to scrap negative gearing, cgt discounts and introduce penalties for investors owning multiple properties are the only ones people should vote for

Neither party is serious about the housing crisis or homelessness. The government believes we can afford to give tens of billions in subsidies to billionaires digging a hole in the ground but nothing to combat housing shortage. The government owns huge swathes of land and should develop it into modern housing, including underground water storage and solar energy. Build the properties and then sell them back to the people at an affordable rate with a decent fixed loan rate and zero deposit. Homeless employed people get first dibs and then they are offered to renters, the longer you have been renting the higher up the list you are. The politicians on both sides (Lib Lab) don’t care because they are rich through property investment. In good conscience I cannot vote Liberal or National, I will be voting Green 1 to give them the funding and voting Labor 2 as they are the lesser of two evils.

This will do nothing other than raising the price of houses. They know how to lower the price to houses but too many of our politician's own houses, this will not work for them financially so they will keep doing the same things that has been raising the price of houses.
