A meteor was spotted lighting up Sydney Harbour in the early hours of Saturday morning.
ANU Astrophysicist Dr Brad Tucker told the ABC the meteor was likely between 30 and 70 centimetres wide.
He said it’s more than likely it broke up in the air, or landed somewhere in the ocean, off the New South Wales south coast.
